Meet Dr. Meyers

Dr. Lee Meyers
D.D.S.

Dr. Lee Meyers, a friendly Maryland native, could be your next door neighbor…a smiling, down-to-earth family man. But beneath the casual exterior resides an expertly skilled professional who passionately embraces cutting-edge technology. Dr. Meyers delivers first-class care by merging the latest innovations in dental technology with an unwavering commitment to comprehensive dental health care. With more than a decade of specialized training in implantology and prosthodontics, Dr. Meyers is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is an expert in tooth restoration. Dedicated to cultivating lifelong relationships with his patients, Dr. Meyers takes pride in his practice’s record of patient retention.

Dr. Lee Meyers grew up in Prince George’s County and graduated from Western Maryland College in 1984 with a degree in Sports Medicine. In 1988, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Maryland’s School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Meyers joined the family practice, carrying the torch for his father who established the business in 1968. Today, the practice still enjoys its community roots, steeped in family tradition.

For the past two decades, Dr. Meyers developed expertise in clinical skills by consistently building upon his knowledge. He relentlessly pursues post-graduate education to sharpen his skills, and has received extensive training in aestheic and restorative dentistry from Dr. Frank Spear at Arizona’s prestigious Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and internationally recognized prosthodontist Dr. Carl Misch of the Misch Interantional Impant Institute. Dr. Meyers’ commitment to stay current the latest developments provides his patients with the highest caliber of quality care.

During his successful career, Dr. Meyers gave back to his alma mater, serving as a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland’s School of Dentistry from 1992 until 1997. He hopes to return and teach again in the future, once he and his wife of 18 years, Monica, have finished raising their own three children.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Meyers enjoys spending time with his family, hits the golf course whenever possible and cheers for the Washington Redskins.
